Here’s What You Can Expect From Third Space
1. Design Consultation
During this complimentary consultation, our remodeling experts will meet with you, in your home, to discuss your project from concept to design, and try to establish a realistic and working budget for your project. Upon completion of the meeting, if you are comfortable with the design & project development direction, an appropriate fee will be required to move forward to the design & project development stage.
2. Design & Project Development
Together, we first focus on design, and we begin by taking detailed measurements and translating them into our drafting software. Our Design Architect will then build an initial design of your Third Space and present this to you for review. During the review meeting, each client will be able to see a visual 3D walk-through of your future project. Upon final client approval of the design we will begin the process of building a formal proposal and contract. Our proposal is exceptionally detailed and itemizes every component of your project.
3. Production
The Pre-Construction meeting takes place at your home, where you will meet with your Project Manager to discuss important aspects of the construction process and how we can better serve your needs. Our Project Manager is the person you will be in constant contact with from here on out.
4. Completion
Upon completion of your project, together with the Project Manager, you will do a final walk through to ensure everything meets your approval; but after this is done, our commitment to you, our Client, continues as we warranty all of our work for a period of two years after your project is completed.
